The following items are needed for a complete application
Admissions Application Transfer From Previous School Form (if applicable) Kindergarten/Preschool Screening (if applicable) Current Immunization Records Birth
Certificate & Social Security Card (photocopy) Enrollment Fee Family Interview
Please remember that your child’s enrollment
is not considered complete until all of the above items have been received in our office.
Application Process

Acceptance and grade placement for all students is based
on a decision by the administrative staff after an interview. All prospective
students must be present during the interview.

JCCA reserves the right to adjust and/or modify course offerings,
selections and/or combination of classes at each grade level based on final enrollment.

Only those students who have completed the admission process
will be accepted for final enrollment and permitted to attend class.

Students will not be admitted to class for a new school year
until all fees from the prior school year are paid in full.

All parents and students are required to sign the statement
of faith and the statement of cooperation expressing their support of JCCA. Any
family who does not cooperate or agree with the purpose and program at JCCA will not be admitted or allowed to remain in school.

Acceptance to JCCA is granted based on the agreement by parents
to pay their tuition according to the agreed upon tuition schedule and payment plan.
