Second Grade  Mrs. Linda McDowell I received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from what is now known as Missouri
State University in Springfield, Missouri. I have been teaching Kindergarten at JCCA since the school was established, but
this year I moved up to 2nd grade. I believe God led me to this position, as He knew it was my heart’s desire to teach
young children in a Christian school. (Psalm 37:4) It is my desire to see all of my students
work to their fullest potential to receive what God has prepared for them, spiritually and academically. God promises us that
it will be good, according to Jeremiah 29:11-13. I am the sponsor for JCCA’s Junior Bible
Quiz (JBQ) team. This extra-curricular activity is open to all students in grades Kindergarten-Sixth grade. We quiz once a
month in Kansas City. |
